Get data with the latest timestamp from Realtime streaming data

Hi everyone, 

i have a data set which is Realtime Streaming data, whichi include columns as follow:

Time stamp                                   Company  

Tue, 11 Jul 2023 14:17:11              A

Tue, 11 Jul 2023 15:18:22              B

I want to take data from the latest timestamp, however, I could not figure out a way to do that (picture for filter as below)

Can anyone help me one this?
