Gantt chart with phases sizing issue

I am trying to make a Gantt chart with multiple phases for each bar. The Gantt Chartt by Lingaro visual works perfectly, except that when I try to make it smaller the bars do not shrink and instead it adds a scroll bar (see below). Is there a way to make the bar height smaller on the Lingaro visual? Or is there another visual that would give me a graph like this with adjustable bar height?
