Hi,
I suppose you need to have some separate column that will contain every date that presented in your table and use it for a slicer.
| AllDates | Screening | Offer | Hired | CandidateID |
| 1/19/2019 | 1/19/2019 | null | null | 1234 |
| 3/24/2019 | null | 3/24/2019 | null | 1234 |
| 4/15/2019 | null | null | 4/15/2019 | 1234 |
