Chiclet Slicer image is cropped

i have powerbi report that is published on online service. it has chiclet slicer with images that are located on network location which are accessed through gateway. some of the images in the chiclet slicer are cropped. Any idea how to fix this.

    Could you attach some screens and say what width, height and extension of these images?

    Are they located on https service?

      i have 9 images of people that i show on the visual. They are all .jpg files ranging from 17KB to 33KB and are located on my company's network drive and have a gateway connected to online service to access them. the one's that are cropped are more than 30KB. rest all images show ok on the chiclet slicer. Chiclet sixe is 125 height and  135 Width. not sure how to find the extension.

    Hi, 

    I have exactly the same experience. Some pictires are cropped on bottom part.

    Do you solve this issue somehow?
