category and subcategory in matrix

In my table, not every index has a subcategory. How can I hide the empty rows in a matrix visual?&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

Hello MasonMA,Thank you for your response.When I apply the filter this way, the Index data disappears. My goal is to keep all the data intact and remove only the empty subcategory headers.Do you have any ideas how to achieve this?&nbsp;
