Can the second chart be prevented from updating?

 

Hello, I have these 2 charts, when I click on the 1st the 2nd is filtered, with that everything is fine. However, when I click on the 2nd so that the data of a table is filtered with what I selected in the 2nd chart (in the example I click on the "13" bar), this 2nd chart "updates" returning to its state original, is it possible that the 2nd chart remains with the filtered values ​​from the 1st chart? Note: I tried "Edit Interactions" with both charts but it still doesn't work
