Hi AlonCarmel,

As per your requirement, Cross-filtering should be enabled for both Year and Quarter. Click on Quarter Slicer > Format Tab > Enable "Edit Interactions" > Select "Filter" on Year Slicer. This will enable to cross-filter both the slicers.

 

Result - Year 2026 Selection makes Quarter 1 selected.
