Unable to send private message

Recently, I received the following error message while trying to send a private message: You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later....

Hello gmsamborn,

Thank you for reaching out.  When you received the error, did you happen to click the button twice?  I've seen that happen before.  Please let me know if you are still experiencing this error.  You can send me a test message if you want.

        Hi Natalie_iTalent​, 

        I am trying to send private message to you to get blog contributor permissions but unable to send it no matter how many times and from how many different browser I try. What is the best way to reach you for this? I didn't know what other way to reach you or any other community manager.
