Solution SupplierProfile Accepted Solutions Count Missing 14 Migration Solutions After Platform Upgrade
Hi Community Support Team,
I am writing to request a manual database recount or a restore of missing metrics on my profile following the recent platform upgrade.
My profile is currently missing exactly 14 accepted solutions due to a drop that happened during the migration process:
Prior to the upgrade, I had 29 accepted solutions.
Immediately after the upgrade, my count dropped significantly down to 15 (meaning 14 historical solutions were lost).
Since then, the platform has been counting my new accepted solutions accurately, bringing my current displayed total to 25.
However, because those 14 legacy solutions were stripped from my baseline, my true total should be 39 (25 currently shown + the 14 that disappeared).
Could an administrator please run a manual sync or recalculate my historical post metadata to restore those 14 missing accepted solutions?
