Please fix Banned Account

When I try to access the community forums, (from another account) I get this.

 

Did I spam? Yes I replied to a post, re-thought my answer and tried to take it down, but couldn't find a delete button anywhere, so I erased the text. Once. On one post. Pretty excessive.

Please contact me or tell me who to contact to fix this. I'm a paying customer and this is nonsense.

    Hello Anonymous,

    Thank you for bringing this to my attention.  You didn't do anything wrong.  The issue should be resolved.  Please try logging into that account again and let me know if it is resolved.
