Graphic Ideas

I'm not a programmer but I leave two ideas of graphics if anyone likes and wants to do them
The first is called Top N
It is a normal bar graph that displays only the n chosen elements sum the rest in another column called other
The second is called Positioning
It is a graph elements positioned on two axes and divides the space with two variables axes whose values are the average of the values of the points, so the graph is divided into four quadrants leaders / challenging / aspirants / niches
