Changing user name

I need to change my user name and was informed an admin needed to do that for me. Any admins available to help?

Seems like a pretty simple, straight forward question. Am I doing something wrong here?
Is anyone seeing my posts? This seems ridiculous. Where is the community support on this site? How do I gt someone to help me with this?
