Cannot Get Zuora Content Pack to Work

Has anyone been successful in using the Zuora content pack? I downloaded and installed it with my zuora login credentials, but the dashboard never populates with values after running. A refresh does nothing either.

    Did you ever get this to work. I have a need to get the Zuora Content Pack to work and modify it in Power BI Desktop. Not sure if this is possible. If not I will need to create a new pbix with the Zuora Data. Just curions what progress you were able to make on this topic. thanks
