Workspaces capacities & user access

As per my understanding, Your matrix is well organized and already captures most of the licensing concepts correctly. To make it more accurate and easier for users to understand, here are a few suggested improvements:
- Clarify that Free users can only view content hosted in Premium/Fabric capacity workspaces and cannot access content shared from Pro workspaces
- Clearly separate creator vs viewer requirements:
- Creators → Require Pro or PPU
- Viewers → May not require a license if content is in Premium/Fabric capacity
- Add a clear distinction between PPU and Premium/Fabric capacity:
- PPU → Content accessible only to PPU users
- Premium/Fabric → Content accessible to Free and Pro users
- Refine sharing rules by replacing generic “Yes/No” with more precise wording such as:
- Yes – within same license type
- Yes – requires Pro
- Yes – via Premium/Fabric workspace
- Include a Workspace Requirement row:
- Free → Requires Premium/Fabric workspace
- Pro → Works in any workspace
- PPU → Requires PPU-enabled workspace
- Add a simple legend/summary section explaining:
- License types
- Capacity types
- Key assumptions (e.g., sharing requires Pro unless capacity is used for viewing)

Great reference table! A few important corrections worth noting:
PPU Workspace ≠ Premium Capacity Workspace — These are two distinct workspace types. Free and Pro users cannot access PPU workspaces; all users (including viewers) must hold a PPU license to access PPU workspace content.
Free User Access is Conditional — Free users can only view content in F64+ or Premium capacity workspaces (with Viewer role assigned), NOT in standard Pro or PPU workspaces.
Pro Sharing with Free Users is NOT unconditional — This only works when content is hosted in a Premium or F64+ capacity workspace, not in shared (Pro) workspaces.
Fabric Trial ≠ Paid PPU — Trial capacity is time-limited and expires; it should not be shown as equivalent to a permanent PPU license.
P-SKUs are retired — Please update references to reflect Fabric F-SKUs as the current Microsoft standard.
