Trial mode creating workspace is disabled

Hi I am trying to create new workspace with license type trial mode.  But trial mode is disabled in advance section, so it is not reating the working, can you help me regarding this

  • Hello Anonymous

    Please check the following steps.

    1. Ensure that your Fabric administrator has enabled trial mode for your tenant. You can check this in the Fabric Admin Portal under Capacity Settings
    2. If your tenant was created recently, Microsoft might impose restrictions on Fabric trials for new accounts. Verify the tenant’s creation date with your IT team
    3. Fabric trials might not be available in certain regions. Confirm that your tenant’s home region supports trial activation

  • Hi Anonymous ,
Thanks for reaching out in Microsoft Fabric Community,

Thank you, suparnababu8 , for the detailed response.

Adding a few more checks that might help:
    1. Ensure that your Fabric trial capacity has been started. You can check this in the Fabric Admin Portal under Capacity settings --> Trial capacity. Check the status of the trial capacity.

If the trial has already been started, it might have expired.

As mentioned by suparnababu8 Fabric trials might not be available in certain regions. Confirm that your tenant’s home region supports trial activation.

    2. In the Fabric Admin Portal, navigate to Tenant settings and ensure that the option "Users can create workspaces" is enabled. If this setting is disabled, users may not be able to create new workspaces.
