Shortcut to dataverse
Creating a shortcut to a dataverse table, there is an error displayed, that I have not suitable permissions. Not even the tables are listed. But I am environment admin and have all needed permissions. Getting data within a dataflow works, but not the shortcuts. What may be the problem?

HI mionline,
Which type of data source are you tried to create shortcut? Any data access policy that applied on the current lakehouse? Can you please share some more detailed information about this sissue?
BTW, you can also take a look a the following document about security of the shortcut.

Oh - I wanted to post a detailled screenshot and suddenly - 2 days after first try - it works as expected. I wanted to create a Shortcut to an existing dataverse table and there were no tables listed. The error message was (something as) "Access to target denied. Ask the environment administrator to set approproate permissions".

Hello mionline , v-aatheeque ,
I have also a problem using the shortcut with Dataverse:
Knowing that I have access to Dataverse, and if I want to pull the data using DataFlow Gen 2 for example, it works (so it's not permission issue)!
Your help is much appreciated!Regads,
Ahmad
