If you plan to use a single Excel data file, it's recommended to use Dataflow Gen2 to import it into your Lakehouse Tables. This is a low-code, production-friendly approach.

Hello v-ssriganesh thank you for following up and thanks for deborshi_nag and tayloramy for their answers, However I searched more about this topic I cannot load xlsx files into tables only CSVs Dataflow gen2 is considered as an answer and there's another solution for larget files to load the xlsx file into a notebook and change it to csv
