Personal Fabric subscription
I am working on a some fabric use cases in my own personal azure subscripton. I am not using a work email for my personal azure subscription. I am looking for options or work arounds to still utalize my subscription that i currently have while using fabric for some test senarios.

Maybe you can try to register a trial office 365 tenant, then you can test fabric features in this environment.(both trial capacity and fabric capacity)

It is hard to migrate between personal account to organization/work account.
In my opinion, I'd like to suggest you export the current contents then you can import to the new capacity. These not used CU from old fabric capacity can be refund.

I cannot use my work account. We have very tight controls and they will not allow for this type of exploration and discovery on their environments. So I am looking for options for low cost ways to explore on my own.
