Organization App - Hide Fabric Panel

Team - I came across a use case for org apps thought of sharing this here.

one of my team is using org apps to present multiple reports to end users and they don't want the Fabric panel/rails to be displayed (like workspace/PowerBi app which just displays the app alone) .

I did some research on tenant setting and I couldnt find any , to hide the Fabric panel and it looks like this is part of org app experience.

I have reached out to Microsoft support team separately on this; however posting it here to see ; if there are any thoughts on alternates to hide this Fabric panel when sharing org apps to end user?

  • Hi. Just add "&chromeless=1" at the end of the url. That should only open the app and no fabric menu.

    I hope that helps,

Awesome 🎉 . this worked...! thank you ibarrau
For now I can manually edit the URL before sharing with end user.

Microsoft should consider getting this capability for org apps.
