Org Apps - Getting warning on web content
Team - I came across another scenario where there is an org app/Workspace PowerBI app that has Power BI reports & Embedded Tableau reports. These are trusted reports & HPTTS links .
When app link is shared with end user they get a warning banner on top of the report with message - "This page contains contents not provided by Microsoft. Web contents could contain code with security or privacy risks"
is there a way to suppress this message ? Not sure if anyone else is having similar issue.
I was doing some research on this and found similar post in the community dated 10 years ago- there was no fix at that time and it was decided to put in as an idea.

Thank you for testing and sharing your findings.The Microsoft documentation confirms that the Web content on dashboard tiles setting allows users in the organization to add and view web content tiles on Power BI dashboards. It also notes that enabling this feature can expose the organization to security risks from malicious web content, which is why the setting is disabled by default.
However, the documentation does not describe a setting or configuration to suppress the security warning displayed for web content.
Based on the documented behavior, there doesn't appear to be a supported tenant setting to override or disable this warning. Your feedback about providing such an option would therefore be useful as a product feature request.

Hi. I'm sorry but that won't ever change. It's something that microsoft will show if you embed another web inside their platform. Maybe you can remove it by picking the setting to open in another tab instead of embedded inside the app.

Thank you ibarrau for your response. I understand this, but for end user (non technical) it sorts of creates a panic.
I also saw this pattern; this is happening only for the first time. Once you close the warning banner; it doesnt reoccur in same browser when you log out & log in.
It showsup - When you open same link in different browser.
I’m not sure whether a CSS or JavaScript setting could resolve this issue. Since Power BI handles this automatically in most cases, I want to avoid making changes that could unintentionally affect or disrupt the app.

Thank you.I had to take some time for testing. Could be a repeat; here are my conclusions.
Like everyone in the post mentioned there is no alternate atleast for now; but would be great if Microsoft could bring in a setting to override this.
The banner occurs when user log in for first time and it needs to be closed by clicking on 'x' button with in the banner. After this its doesn't reoccur when user log-out & log-in ; restart the machine; even after multiple page refresh as the cookies have this setting registered .
However the banner is back:
1. when cookies/browser history is cleared in same browser (evident)
2. when user log-in using inprivate/incognito mode
3. when user switches the browser-Patt
