Issue: GitHub Branches Not Showing in Fabric Git Integration
Hi Fabric team, I've connected my GitHub repository to Microsoft Fabric successfully under Workspace Settings > Git Integration. The connection shows my GitHub account and repository URL correctly...
There is a solution which is a permission issue, Admin and Contirbutors only gets access to which branch to connect during Git integration.

One thing I want to check though, are you using the cloud-based version of GitHub or GitHub Enterprise server?

Okay, I can see my branches fine when working with GitHub.
Have you tested recreating the Personal Access Tokens after the branches have been created in Microsoft Fabric?
