Interdependence Between Separate F64 Capacities
I have two separate F64 capacities, and recently one of them hit 100%, which caused reports and datasets in workspaces on that capacity to stop opening. My understanding was that workspaces assigned to the other F64 capacity should remain unaffected, and while the reports can be opened with no errors, their refreshes are now also failing with the message:
“Your organization’s Fabric compute capacity has exceeded a surge protection usage limit set by your capacity administrator.”
I’m the capacity administrator, and each capacity has its own surge control limits configured.
Does anyone know why these two capacities seem to behave as if they’re interdependent, even though they’re separate? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Hi hp0lkm46,
Double check what capacity the workspaces with this failing refreshed are on. DIfferent capacities are seperate in Fabric, and one capacity getting throttled does not affect others.

Hi, thanks for your reponse. The workspaces with this failing refresh are however definitely on the separate capacity, which is at about 20% usage.
