Having Error when connecting to data source
- 6 days ago
Hi CalvinIce ,
Thank you for reaching out to fabric community.
Error 23205 with the 403 Forbidden message usually means the Entra app registration isn’t properly linked to a valid user in D365FO.
Please check D365FO -> System administration -> Setup -> Microsoft Entra applications and make sure the App Registration’s Client ID is added and mapped to an active D365FO user. Also confirm that this user has the necessary permissions to access the required data entities.
It’s also worth double-checking that the correct D365FO environment URL is configured in the Fabric connection.
Once these are updated, refresh or recreate the connection in Fabric and try Preview data again.
Thanks!!
