Deployment rules with Data Pipeline
Hello Everyone,
I have 3 workspaces (environments) which are used in a deployment Pipeline like this
In my Data Pipeline item "[D365][Appointment_Connections]" I have 3 parameters like this
I'd like to be able to change the values of these parameters when I deploy from DEV to UAT using the deployment pipelines and therefore using the "Deployment rules" features.
except that when I select it, I have no way of passing on other values
it's just for the dashboards or semantic layer that I have a possible setting
In that case, why would it be possible to select a data pipeline in the deployment rules if we can't configure anything ?
Do you have the same problem ?

Indeed, this update planned in the roadmap seems to solve this problem in the future.

Thanks for the reply from frithjof_v .
You can configure data source rules, parameter rules when creating a rule.
The types of items supported for creating rules are data streams, semantic models, data markets, notebooks, and paged reports.
The reason for being able to select Data Pipeline is that the semantic model supports the creation of data source rules.
