Deployement Pipeline

Hello Fabric Community I am using deployement pipeline to move [ report, its semantic model, related warehouse ] from dev workspace to prod workspace . for suppose my report name is "xyz dev" and...

    Hi IAMCS 

     

    Yes, renaming like xyz prod after deployment from DV to PD, that's allowed . But, if you deploy again from DV to PD it will overwrite the and it will show again as xyz dev and it may causes the report lineage breaking. 

     

    As a workaround, you can rename in dev as xyz prod and deploy it to PD, aftre deploying it to PD then rename the report name as xyz dev in DV environment.
