Helper IDate format is incorrect for region
All date formats in Fabric are US. I have language set to English UK in Windows and Chrome, and Power BI is set to use browser language. How do I get the date to display in sensible format dd/mm/yyyy in lakehouse, pipelines etc?

- As mentioned, in Data Pipelines, you can use the formatDateTime() function to explicitly format dates as per your regional preference (e.g., dd/MM/yyyy)
🔗 Reference – Pipeline Expression Functions - When working in Power Query (e.g., Dataflows or Data Wrangling in Lakehouse), you can set your preferred locale to ensure dates are interpreted and displayed correctly. Select the Date/Time column. Go to Transform → Data Type → Using Locale. Select Date and choose English (United Kingdom) (or your preferred region).
- If your concern is specifically about the date format in the Lakehouse data preview UI, please note that currently, the Lakehouse UI preview displays dates in US format (mm/dd/yyyy) by default. This display setting cannot be customized based on your browser, Windows, or Power BI locale settings. However, the underlying data is stored correctly, and this display format does not affect your data processing or reporting in Power BI.

not sure if I understood the question properly
but try Use the `formatDateTime()` function to explicitly format dates into DD/MM/YYYY format in pipeline
or you can change Using Locale Settings in Power Query
@formatDateTime('2025-02-13T18:33:00', 'dd/MM/yyyy')
