    Hi ShaunLeMouton ,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Fabric Community Forum, Below are the few debug points which might can resolve your issue.

    • Verify that the Primary Key used in the Virtual Table is unique, contains no NULL or duplicate values, and is correctly mapped.
    • Ensure the GUID is in a valid GUID format and is supported by the Dataverse Virtual Table provider.
    • Confirm the Virtual Table configuration (Primary Key, Primary Name, and table mapping) is correct and that no filters are applied.
    • Compare the record count between the Fabric SQL Endpoint, Dataverse Virtual Table, and Dataverse Web API to identify where the records are being filtered.
    • Create a small test table and a new Virtual Table to determine whether the issue is specific to the current table or its data.
    • Collect the Fabric table schema, sample data, Virtual Table configuration, and Dataverse Web API response for further investigation.
    • Since the Dataverse API returns only 27 records, the issue is most likely related to the Dataverse Virtual Table/provider configuration rather than Microsoft Fabric.

    Regards,

    Chaithanya.
