Dataflow Gen2 update method replace appends data

My Dataflow Gen2 is not working as expected. I have selected the Replace update method, but instead of replacing the existing data in my warehouse table, it is appending new data while keeping the old data intact. This results in duplicated records rather than a full refresh.

    Sadly they didnt. Replace should replace all data in my table right? So it shouldnt be possible that my data got appended but for some reason it did.

      Hi Anonymous,

       

      Both replace and append methods are effective for schedule refresh or incremental refresh.

       

      To assist you further, could you please provide more details. Specifically, could you clarify if you're performing a full data refresh or just publishing changes to the table?
