Change Deployment Pipeline Owner
We have a deployment pipeline that was created/owned by an employee who is no longer with the co. I am using below API to change the owner :
https://api.powerbi.com/v1.0/myorg/Pipelines/{pipeline ID}/users
with body:
Using a service account with access to:
What am i missing?

Hi wanwar
Ensure that your service principal is added to the appropriate security group in the Power BI admin portal and that it has been granted full pipeline admin rights. Note that these rights may need to be assigned from the Power BI service rather than directly in the Azure Portal

Below options are enabled and account is added to:
Service principals can use Fabric APIs
Service principals can access read-only admin APIs
Service principals can access admin APIs used for updates

I mean service principal must also be explicitly added as an Admin, Member, or Contributor to specific workspaces, pipelines, or tenant settings within the Power BI service.
