Advocate ICannot create an alert with error Request failed with status code 500
Hi v-kpoloju-msft , Thank you for the solutions you provided. Unfortunately, none of them worked. I tried sending an email, which did go through, but team app messages still aren't functioning. I found an app called Fabric Activator that needs to be added to Teams, and I'm currently seeking approval for it. Please let me know if you think I'm not on the right track with this solution or if you would like me to try something else.

Please follow these steps:You are on the right track by attempting to add the Fabric Activator app to Microsoft Teams. Given that email notifications are functioning but Teams messages are not, it appears that the Teams integration is not fully configured. Here are the next steps you can take:
Once the app is approved and installed, please ensure that Teams users are added as recipients in Data Activator alerts. Then, send a test alert to verify everything is working correctly. Additionally, confirm that the user receiving alerts has the necessary permissions to receive messages from bots.
If Teams notifications still don’t work after installing Fabric Activator, try these alternatives: Use Power Automate to create a flow that listens for Data Activator alerts and sends a message to Teams, ensuring alerts are delivered even if Fabric Activator encounters issues.
