Hi. The solution was to reset the Capacity Unit by the MS Support. After this, everything runs as expected.

Any structures or schema changes that you applied on the datasource tables? Can you please share some more detail information about this issue? They should help us clarify your scenario and test to troubleshoot.

Helper IHi Anonymous, yes there were schema changes to the source table. Will this cause issues like this in the future? The SQL endpoint finally refreshed but it took 3 days to complete.
