/Files stays large because Fabric retention only applies to warehouse table history, and that folder isn’t affected by any user settings or actions. Other users have reported the same behavior, so the safest approach for now is to leave it as is and continue working with Support.

That is good to read it's not only my tenants. Currently 2 weeks already in contact with MS Support.
