Capacity for warehouse increased abnormal
Hi,
Sadly a lot of users are experiencing issues with the changes in how warehouse queries are billed. This came quite unannounced (only the subscription owners with a Fabric capacity received a mail, but nobody expected the impact to be so big)

does anyone have the official change announcement from MS. I am not finding it anywhere. The official document: Warehouse Consumption and Utilization in Microsoft Fabric - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn makes it feel that the vNode billing system has been like this for ever.).
When you said the subscription owner do you mean the azure subscription to which the fabric capacity is attached to? or other type of subscription?
