Data Science tutorial on github with the Bank Churn Dataset is using a link that responds with 404
- 1 month ago
Hi curiouskay
Thank you for reporting this. I was able to understand that the dataset URL referenced in the tutorial is returning an HTTP 404 response, which prevents the Bank Churn dataset from being downloaded despite the notebook indicating success. I appreciate you bringing this to the community's attention.I'll recommend that the documentation team review and update the broken link. In the meantime, using an alternative copy of the dataset is the best available workaround until the official documentation is updated.
Note : This tutorial reads sample data from an Azure Open Datasets container. If you encounter an access error when loading the data, you can manually download the
churn.csvfile from the fabric-samples GitHub repository and upload it to your lakehouse.Hope this helps!!
Thank You.
