VSCode SQLServer Extension - Can't connect to Lakehouse endpoint
- 3 months ago
Heyy, in the meantime i've reported a bug in the vscode extension and found other people with same issue https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-mssql/issues/22097

Hi ritz,
Thanks for clarifying. Since you're able to connect successfully through SQL Server Management Studio by manually entering the connection details, this confirms that the core connectivity is working as expected. The issue appears to be specific to the Browse Fabric experience in SSMS.
As this seems separate from the MSSQL extension for Visual Studio Code issue you already reported in Visual Studio Code, please go ahead and report this behavior through the appropriate SSMS feedback/support channel so the relevant team can investigate it further. Sharing the exact error message, SSMS version, and screenshots/logs would be helpful.
Thank you.
Hi ritz,
Can you double check that you still have access to the workspace? That SSMS error is saying that you do not have permissions.
Maybe your access accidently got removed somehow?
Hello! Yes i've double checked and I can use the sql analytics endpoint in fabric no problem, i can query views, etc
