Tibco MFT to Lakehouse
Hi all,
Wondering if anyone can help on this issue.
I have a requirement for data to be dropped into a bronze lakehouse Files location. The tool chosen for this is Tibco MFT, which I have no access to and no prior knowlege of.
When the team responsible for setting up the transfer attempt to send the file they receieve a 400 OutOfRangeInput error stating "One of the request inputs is out of range".
Initially I assumed it was the container/workspace name case sensitivity but it was not. We have tried using https and abfss URIs.
I cannot find any good documentation on configuring Tibco for this task and I cannot replicate the issue, I have written test scripts in C#, Python and Java and they all work. I have targetted onelake and a storage account in the datalake configuration.
We are using client id and secret for auth.
Any pointers would be great, thanks.
Thanks nielsvdc the team were setting that up but getting the 400 error.
They have switched to azcopy now which works well.

You will need to use the Azure Data Lake Storage adapter in Tibco. From the lakehouse Files folder, get the ABFS path and use this in the adapter. You can authenticate using a service principal and secret, after you give this service principal permissions to the lakehouse. Hope this will help.
