Pipeline to send email

I did a simple example to send email to myself, but has this error: 

 

Error:

Operation on target Office 365 Outlook1 failed: REST API is not yet supported for this mailbox. This error can occur for sandbox (test) accounts or for accounts that are on a dedicated (on-premise) mail server.
