Helper IOpen data model greyed out
The model is not in my workspace and I have a table there.
The settings are fine and based on the fact you are the workspace admin you should havd write and build permissions on it.
It looks like the issue might be because you are working with the default semantic model that is linked to the lakehouse and is set to automatically update based on changed made to the lakehouse.
I didn't watch the whole video. Just skimmed through it. Hope this helps.

Thanks, I read that. Thats why I wrote that it is NOT in my workspace 😄
Is this an issue just on the power bi service? What permissions do you have on that semantic model item?

With the settings you can see on the print screens, not sure if any other settings needs to be set
