Thank you for the additional details, and thanks urskaerz for confirming that you're seeing the same behavior.
Based on the results shared so far, the behavior is reproducible for multiple users, occurs in the normal Edge session, and opening Fabric in an InPrivate window starts with a fresh session. This confirms that the behavior is not limited to a single user.
