GET query to a lakehouse data warehouse

Hi everyone, does anyone know if you can perform a GET query on a Lakehouse data warehouse?

  • Hi juancamilobp18,

In the context of a Lakehouse data warehouse, a "GET" query is not typically used in the same way it is in HTTP requests or web services. Instead, data retrieval is generally performed using SQL-like queries or other query languages specific to the platform you're using (such as Databricks, Snowflake, etc.).

However, some Lakehouse platforms provide APIs or connectors that can facilitate data access, and while a "GET" request might be involved in accessing the data via these interfaces, the actual querying of the data itself is usually done through SQL or similar query languages within the Lakehouse environment.

If you need to retrieve data, I would recommend using the appropriate querying methods provided by your Lakehouse platform.

    Hope this clarifies the matter!

If this solution worked for you, kindly mark it as Accept as Solution and feel free to give a Kudos, it would be much appreciated!

    Thank you.
