You could use row_number or hashing your rows to get unique values for every row.

Thanks for FabianSchut‘s reply. As he said, currently Warehouse doesn't support the creation of unique indexes and there are some limitations for primary keys, you can try his method for your data and if it doesn't work, it's recommended to submit an idea for here and the product team will take note of such a need.
