how can I get the EventStream's source from the Delta table in the Lakehouse? or from the API? it seems limited to only those 2? And when I want to connect to the Data Source, it says: ...

Your screenshot shows a message: “You need to verify your identity”, followed by “You don’t have permission to access this resource." typically means :
- If you're using a service account, it may not be allowed to perform interactive logins or access certain resources directly.You may need to submit an exception request for interactive login via the EGRC portal.
- Verify your license and role assignment in the Power Platform admin center.
- Use OneLake shortcuts to expose Delta tables to SQL endpoints
