I have some suggestions for you to consider:

1. Try restarting the Power BI service and check if the issue has been resolved.

2. Since this is an intermittent issue, you can retry the pipeline after a short wait to see if the problem can be resolved.

3. If this problem occurs frequently, you may want to consider expanding capacity to handle the workload more efficiently. The expansion operation can be accessed through this link below.
