Blank Pipeline screen

When loading into my pipeline in Fabric, there is nothing there.

The JSON for the pipeline remains accessible, and the pipelines can still run, but I am unable to edit anything.

The only change that we have revently made is to change to the new Teams and Outlook activities.

P.S. I have also tried to raise a support ticket, but I get a blank screen there, too.

Thanks, Rags2596 and v-sgandrathi for your help.
I haven't received confirmation, but the two pipelines I encountered the issue with are the only ones I've updated to the new Teams activity. These activities are not working, and the previous 'Legacy' Teams activity is now back as a 'Preview'.  I beleive that this was the cause and has been roleed back.

This might sound like a "restart your PC" solution but have you tried resetting the zoom and centering on your pipeline? Click the top button among the three on the right side of your viewing window. Alternatively, you can click on search button and search for one of the activities in your pipeline and then click on the results to center.

    Hi LDTi247,

Thank you for sharing the details.

From your description, since the pipeline JSON is accessible and runs are completing, it seems the issue is with the Fabric pipeline authoring interface rather than the pipeline itself. This usually points to a rendering or permission issue in the UI.

Try refreshing the page with Ctrl + F5, using an Incognito or InPrivate window, or switching browsers like Edge or Chrome. Clear your cache and check that no ad-blockers or extensions are affecting Fabric. If you use a VPN or conditional access, try disabling it and reloading the page.

Check your workspace permissions. If you lost the Build permission or were changed to Viewer, the JSON will still appear, but the visual designer may be blank. Also, if your workspace is Git-connected, metadata conflicts could cause loading issues—try exporting the JSON and opening it in a new pipeline to test.

Since you recently added new Teams and Outlook activities, try duplicating the pipeline, removing those activities, and reopening it. If the canvas loads, add them back one by one to find the problematic activity.

If the canvas still won’t render, there could be a UI incident or service disruption. Check the Microsoft Fabric Service Status page for updates. The blank support portal could be related or caused by a Microsoft 365 login timeout.

      Hi LDTi247,

Thanks for the update, glad to hear things are working again. It’s possible that the issue was linked to a temporary platform change or activity update that has since been rolled back. We appreciate you sharing your findings, as they can help others who may encounter the same behavior.

      Thank you.
