User not able to see dashboard in Apps section

There is one user that has access to a dashboard (when using the link). But the user doesn't have/see the dashboard in the Apps in PowerBI. 

How is it that the user can access the dashboard but it doesn’t appear in the user’s Apps section?

(Other users do see the dashboard in their Apps section.)

By Apps section, I refer to is:

If you want to see dashboard ,you need to publish an app first.

Hey @Anonymous ,

for me that sounds like you didn't add the Dashboard to the App.

Please go to the App Workspace, click on "Update App" and check if you added the link to the Dashboard there.
